All refund requests undergo internal verification, along with checks involving relevant service providers, banks, or partnered platforms.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Completed or partially delivered digital services
Successful transactions where third-party providers confirm accuracy
Hosting, domain, email services, plugins, licenses, and API credits
Services delayed due to incomplete client information
Change of mind after the project has started
Payment gateway or cloud service charges once activated
Government-related or compliance fee payments
To submit a refund request, please provide the following:
Project/Order ID or Transaction ID
Paid amount, date, and payment method
Description of the issue or refund reason
Supporting proofs (screenshots, emails, error logs, etc.)

If approved, refunds will be:

Credited through the original payment channel

Once a digital service, development project, subscription, or integration is initiated, it cannot be canceled.
