The delivered module does not match the agreed technical scope
A service includes critical technical issues that cannot be resolved
You want to upgrade to a higher-value service (price difference applies)
The request is made within 7 days of service delivery
We do not offer exchanges for:
Fully delivered or completed projects
Custom-coded modules already handed over
Hosting, domain, SSL, email, and cloud packages
Purchased third-party tools, plugins, or APIs
Client-side misconfigurations or delays
