While we do not offer returns on digital or customized services, we do provide a flexible Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Our goal is to help you receive the exact solution your business needs while maintaining fairness, transparency, and service integrity.

Eligible for Exchange

 

You may request a service exchange if:

  • The delivered module does not match the agreed technical scope

  • A service includes critical technical issues that cannot be resolved

  • You want to upgrade to a higher-value service (price difference applies)

  • The request is made within 7 days of service delivery

     

Not Eligible for Exchange

 

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Fully delivered or completed projects

  • Custom-coded modules already handed over

  • Hosting, domain, SSL, email, and cloud packages

  • Purchased third-party tools, plugins, or APIs

  • Client-side misconfigurations or delays

📌 Exchange Procedure

  2. Provide Project ID, issue details, and requested service change

  3. Our team reviews it within 48 hours

  4. Approved exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days

One exchange request is allowed per order.
